Specification of land flattening machine

1)      The land flattening machine is made up of seven major devices:

• 1) draught attachment  

• 2) hydraulic system device

• 3) flattening device  

• 4) viewing unit  

• 5) protector  

• 6) moving device  

• 7) lifting device 

2)      External dimension (length×width×height):                             5000mm×3700mm×1860mm or 200' x 148' x 74.4'

3)      Self weight : 1400kg/3080lbs

4)      Clearance to the ground of the blade: 200mm (when the stroke of the cylinder is the maximum)

5)      Cylinder diameter: Ф63mm, diameter of the piston rod: Ф40mm, stroke:300mm, double rear-mounted cylinder lifting.

6)      Adopt four wheels, put on both sides. Four conical roller bearings cooperate, the diameter of the shaft: Ф85mm.

7)      The pressure of the hydraulic system is 16Mpa. In order to make both sides of the cylinders move in synchronism, we use the speed control valve to control the speed.

8)      The lifting device adopts the mechanism of connecting rod, and the cylinders move in synchronism.

9)      When the land flattening machine is unloading moving, the machine is supported by the movement of the double rear-mounted cylinder, and then fixed by the inserted pin, close the hydraulic system. When the land flattening machine is loading, the stroke of both sides of the cylinder is zero, the blade lands, in order to protect the inside of the cylinder, there is cylinder protector.

10)The blade adopts the middle carbon steel, and dealing with quenching, hardness HRC50-55, two-sided blade, many associations which easy to change.
