The warranty period is one year. The price is including complete hardware:
main machine, and cooling system. And we also supply free training for no
more than 15days. Your staff could come to our factory to have a training. Of
course, our technician also could come to your factory to install the machine,
so if oversea journey needed, you will supply the flight and accommodation for
your technician.
About the after sell service:
1.
Warranty period of Laser Marking Machine shall continue until twelve (12)
months after the date of arrival. Except that damage artificially and
consuming fittings Xenon lamp in this year, the sellers is responsible
for offer free fittings. (The buyers has to send the damaged fitting to
sellers.)
2.
The artificial damage
in the warranty period and damage after warranty period, the sellers offers
paid service.
3.
The sellers gives
technical guide by email, telephone, Fax when the buyers meets some problems
of installation, using or adjusting.
4. If the buyers needs the sellers' technician to visit the buyers' company
for maintaining or adjusting the machine, shall offer traveling expenses and
accommodation to the sellers' technician during the business trip.
