  HZS series concrete plant, a newly developed product in our company, is incorporated with up-to-date advantages and advanced technologies worldwide, designed on the basis of rich experience of Zoomlion. The plant is the large-type advanced concrete mixing equipment in China at present. It can be used for the construction of large projects such as highway, bridge, dam, airport, seaport etc., including commercial concrete center for the urban construction.

Excellent mixing performance

         The compulsory double-shaft mixer from SICOMA Company features strong mixing ability, uniform and efficient mixing effect, high productivity. Maximum aggregate diameter is up to 150mm in size. All dry hard or plastic and various kinds of concretes are available.

High reliability

         Lining board and mixing blades of mixer are processed specially. Unique shaft-end supporting and sealing form are used to offer a long service life. The imported components in main electric control system remarkably reduces failure rate of facilities.


Good maintainability

          Each maintenance part of the whole unit is provided with a walkway or examination ladder, good visibility and sufficient operating space. Mixing plant is fully enclosed, which guarantee all operation can be carried out despite of wind or rain.


Convenient transferring installation

           Overall structure is of modular design. Batcher, belt conveyor, main mixing plant, spiral conveyor and silo are all independent to each other. The main mixing plant consists of several independent modules. It is quick to both disassemble, and install, and is convenient and simple to transport when transferring.   

Simple operation

          The whole equipment controlled by computer system can be operated either automatically or manually, easy to handle. With a dynamic display, it’s possible to monitor each operation, and production reports can be stored and printed simultaneously.

Environment friendly

            All powder materials are fed, batched, metered, replenished, mixed and discharged in a sealed state. The sophisticated degusting system and fully-enclosed aggregate belt conveyor in the main plant greatly reduce the harm produced by dust and noise.

 Precise metering

            Components for metering and control of aggregate, powder and water are imported, controlled by microcomputer, sampling frequency of more than 120 times each second, completely guarantee steady operation and precise performance of system

Control system

         As far as composition of system is concerned, this electrical control is double backup, that is, industry computer is primary in the system, which either automatically controlled or manually operated. The industry computer controls the periphery drives after sampling, calculation and process. This system can automatically control free fall, print reports. Data records can be permanently saved, up to more than 30,000 formulas, all production phases and problem diagnostic can be displayed dynamically.

Industry design:

          Industry design is impenetrate in the whole design process. The overall design combines ergonomics with aesthetics, producing an artistic overall shape, rational structural layout and pleasing color, more comfortable operation, and accessible maintainability. The rigorous logic thinking, incisive design concept, ergonomic treatment and exquisite detail design are an important guarantee for outstanding products.

hydraulic system:

         Both the main pumping circuit and “S” valve circuit are open-circuit, each is driven by a pump, which makes the two circuits independent to each other. The simplified system, results in a long service life, high reliability and easier troubleshooting.


 

          Proximity switch used to control the direction of the main pumping makes changeover steady and reliable.

          Main components of the hydraulic system are supplied by famous brands in the world. The equipped special safety devices, such as relief value, pressure cut-off control, alarming system and auto-reversing etc, promise the system to be more reliable than ever

         Driven by the constant pressure pump with an accumulator, the swivel cylinder can get enough moment, and save power at the same time.

         All imported seals kits can ensure higher reliability and have a longer life time than ever.

         With the electrical solenoid or hydraulic direction valve, the switch from high pressure to low pressure becomes easy and quick operates. There is less hydraulic leakage than the other domestic products.

Electrical system:

         Comes with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which takes the place of many relays, time relays, which not only greatly reduces components but also simplifies wiring in the system, ensures a higher reliability. In combination with PLC, a visual display can indicate the status of inputs and outputs, lead to an easier troubleshooting.

         90% of the electrical components come from the world-class brands, which guarantees high reliability.

          Equipped with remote controller, of which Zoomlion possess the intellectual property, makes it convenient to operate from a long distance.

           For saving fuel, the engine speed will drop to idle automatically after auto-pumping having stopped for a few seconds.

          Fitting the proximity switches can realize automatically direction changeover, which ensures a reliable switching

Mechanical system:

         During the designing of key parts , such as “S” pipe distribution valvehopper, software I-DEAS is adopted to realize Finite Element analysis of load distribution, construction rigidity and stress concentration. Owing to its excellent rigidity and process technology, the optimized hopper and “S” valve system can effectively avoid the following phenomena like hopper distortion and breakage of “S” piping valve shaft during high pressure conveying.

          By a special design on sealing structure of agitator, hydraulic motors are completely separated from bearing seats, even under the situation of sealing failure, the slurry has no chance to get into motor. High-- torque motors ensure high mixing torque. Thanks to the auto-reversing device and anti-wearing blades, the blockade will never happen even when the size of aggregate is not ideal.

         The wearing parts, such as the anti-wearing plate and the cutting ring, have a long service life up to 20000m3 if under favorable condition.

         The distance between the anti-wearing and the cutting ring automatically compensates for “cutting” wear and seals by its adjustment.

Driven system:

          Deutz Diesel engines, Equipped with electronic accelerator device.

Lubrication system:

       The patented central automatic lubrication system comes with a piston grease-pump, features high pressure and reliability, which can realize automatic lubrication of piston. The filters at the outlet and the inlet of oil ports as double protections guarantee the system reliability.

Cooling system:

         Compulsory air-cooled heat exchanger keeps the temperature of the hydraulic oil below 60℃,that ensures the whole hydraulic system works at normal status.

Cleaning device:

          Equipped water pump makes the cleaning and maintaining an easy job.

The Chassis

         The EQ1108G6DJ15 chassis(4×2) are supplied by Dongfeng Motor Company, exhaust emission can satisfy standard of the environment protection.

  We made the first Truck-Mounted concrete pump with 23-meter placing boom in China.
  In 1989 Zoomlion invented the first fully hydraulic concrete placing boom in China by integrating the technology of tower crane with concrete pumping.
  In 2001, cooperating with Volvo, Sweden Zoomlion brought into the world a new generation of intelligent truck-mounted concrete pump with outstanding performances and high reliability.

       ZLJ Series of Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump are heavy-duty construction machines for conveying, spraying, & placing concrete.  The vehicle chassis of Swedish VOLVO FM12 and Japanese ISUZU CXZ or CXH, which can supply enormous power, have the advanced engine that its exhaust emission are according with Euro and Euro respectively. The structure of boom and outrigger are robust enough, can satisfy the jobsite demand of high efficiency and wider working range. The close hydraulic pumping circuit comes with high-pressure and large- displacement hydraulic pump. There are two kinds of distributing system on your request, “S” valve or “Gating” valve, both types have great sucking ability and high reliability.

        The main components are all from international famous companies, such as hydraulic units of REXROTH, HAWE, gear-box of STIEBEL, remote controller and other electric component chosen from the most famous brands in the world. And various safety devices are equipped on the machine to ensure the machine’s security.   In 1972, Zoomlion designed and manufactured the first concrete pump in China.
  In 1993, a new generation of technically matured concrete pumps were available in the market, since then, imported products gradually quitted their roles in Chinese market.
  From 1998, Zoomlion pumps have been used on many prestigious projects throughout China, including Macao Sightseeing Tower, Chan-Tang-Jung flood dyke in Zhejiang, and Nay-Queen railway Chin-Shrey-Her Bridge. These pumps successively renewed records for domestically-made pumps, on subjects of pumping height, vertical fall and horizontal length.
   In 2002, Zoomlion pumps accomplished their task on Chin-Zang railway Feng-Hwo-Shan Tunnel project, successfully pumping concrete to a height of over 5170 meters above sea level, which again, renewed the world record.

Gate Valve Concrete Pump

         The structure of “Gate” valve makes Zoomlion Concrete Pump feature perfect suction, possess the capability to satisfy different demands on jobsites. There are two kind of power sources on your request: electrical motor and diesel engine.

Hydraulic system:

         The sequential circuit comes with a pump made by renowned manufacturers. The pressure oil from the pump is first delivered to the “Gate” valve cylinder, which ensures that only after the “Gate” moves to the predefined position can the main cylinder begin to move.

         The “Gate” direction control circuit is separated form the pumping direction control circuit by a pressure- reducing valve. An accumulator on “Gate” valve direction control circuit ensures the reliability of changeover of the “gate” valve.

         The block valve control the motion of the main cylinder and the “Gate” valve cylinder, which simplifies the system hosing and enhances the maintaining accessibility.

         The Mixing system can reverse automatically. If the mixing vanes are blocked by stuff during operation, the vanes will be reversed automatically to eliminate the trouble when the size of aggregate is not ideal.

         The taper coupling with O-ring embedded in the taper at tube connection side, and the BS rhombic ring, achieve good sealing performance.

Mechanical system:

           By a special design on sealing structure of agitator, hydraulic motors are completely separated from bearing seats, even under the situation of sealing failure, the slurry has no chance to get into motor. High-- torque motors ensure high mixing torque. Thanks to the auto-reversing device and anti-wearing blades, the blockade will never happen even under severe aggregate condition.

            Related to the design of mixing vane and hopper, software I-DEAS is adopted to realize Finite Element analysis of load distribution, construction rigidity and stress concentration. The optimally designed hoppers made of anti-wearing material possess excellent rigidity, suction features and concrete charging.

           The upper and lower pedestals of “Gate valve” are interchangeable which is convenient to maintain.

Lubrication system:

          The patented central automatic lubrication system comes with a piston grease-pump, features high pressure and reliability, which can realize automatic lubrication of piston. The filters at the outlet and the inlet of oil ports as double protections guarantee the system reliability.

Cooling system:

           Compulsory air-cooled heat exchanger keeps the operating temperature of hydraulic oil below 60℃,that ensures the whole hydraulic system work at normal status.

Cleaning device:

         Equipped water pump makes the cleaning and maintaining an easy job.
