●Thanks to the powerful turbo-charged DEUTZ engine, ZOOMLION paver get more power than any on the market, so it suit to pave on the plateau jobsites. The heavy-duty hydrostatic system, with the deliberate design on the structure of the screed, the ZOOMLION paver features high productivity. The property of multifunction is ideal for a large field of applications, e.g., placing combined asphalt base, bound layer, railroad tracks, etc.

●Equipped with two radiators, the system capability of radiation is advanced by 25%. Therefore, it is not a problem to work continuously, even in hot days, the temperature of the hydraulic oil stays normal. In midsummer, 2002, three ZOOMLION pavers have experienced such tests in Gobi desert.

●The alternation on structure of STIBBLE gear-box from 1/4 to 1/3 produces less heat, and makes maintenance convenient.

●Equipped with the heavy-duty series pumps of REXROTH, the hydraulic system has the ability to endure the pressure up to 32Mpa.

●Patented design on chain wheel of feed conveyors thoroughly solves the problem of material jerking. The driving wheel and the tension unit are disassembled to achieve an easy assembling, adjusting, maintaining. The heavy-duty chain, with the scraper-bar and base plate are made of high-anti-wearing material to ensure a long lifetime possible.

●With lifetime-lubricated CAT crawler unit, traction units features high reliability and minimum maintenance.

●Compared with other manufacturers, the traction drive malfunctions of ZOOMLION pavers have been largely reduced by a special design without the gear-box. The motors with high-torque and displacement are fit outward for a better reliability and easier maintenance.

●With the ultra-sonic sensors, the auger revolution is auto-controlled. The adjusting range of auger height is increased from 100mm to 150mmin addition, there are two different size of auger blades. These properties help to adapt to wider applications, make material feeding smoother, and less disgregation.

●Front and rear tampers are 6-grade adjustable, to match different material, operating speed and depth, achieving the desired quality.

●A controller specially designed for paver and two sensors integrate a close-circuit control system. With a laptop or a special compiler called BB3, it’s easy for you to monitor, troubleshooting and setting parameters.

●Can be connected with both contact leveling system and non-contacting averaging –beams according to different demands of the customers.

●The base-plate and front-bar of screed are made of high anti-wearing steel introduced from Sweden, tamper-heads made of special die-steel have been heat-treated specially. These measures can reduce the replacement of the base-plate, front-bar and temper-head, to achieve an economical maintenance

●The inspecting connectors fitted on some crucial circuits make monitoring and adjusting easier.

Powerful engine:

        A 320KW Daimler Chrysler diesel engine is fitted. The ADM system makes the machine can self-correcting its power for different environment. Even in terrific condition, it ensures maximum torque and prevents engine stall. The refrigerating system allows the machine to work safely from –20°C to 40°C temperature. And the exhaust according with the Euroemission standard.

Efficient cutter drum system:

        The cutter drum is driven mechanically. The auto-tensioning device of the transmission belt ensures steady power distribution. The cutter drum (KENNAMETAL USA), the planetary gearbox (O&K Germany), and the flywheel hydraulic clutch (TRANSFLUID Italy) ensure capability and quality.

Flexible traveling and steering system:

          Hydraulic motors power the travel system, each powering the track drive with infinitely variable speed. The power distribution system automatically adjusts the travel speed of work time to the engine load. Each track is connected by hydraulic cylinder with the frame. The hydraulic steering device provides independent or combined steering, ensures a small turning radius and excellent maneuverability.

Convenient conveyor system:

          The conveyor system consists of loading belt and discharge belt. The discharge belt can swing 45° to either side, and the height can be variably adjusted. Even at the highest point, the V-belt still provides ample load capacity. These make the machine can work in different kind of construction site.

Advanced hydraulic-electronic control system:

           Technology of hydraulic-electronic proportional control, sensor and microprocessor are applied in total designing. The Moba-Matic system (Moba Germany) is used for cut depth control. These satisfy users’ requires for construction quality in different condition.

Well safety:

        All safety labels are clearly marked. The operator may operate the machine at different position conveniently, and can stop the machine by any of the five emergency stop switch. There is logical interlocking function prevents wrong operation. Every alarm light makes the operator to know working state promptly.
