Introduction

  * QY50KWith a max.lifting load of 50 t at 3.0 m working radius, the crane has a boom of 5 sections which are of large arc hexagon profile and 2 side jibs. The gravity center is lower ensuring good stability and high travelling speed. It is of high manuvrbility and can be used in various working occassions.
  * Derikking with a single front cylinder AF,double indepandantwinchs,pilot liquid proportion control system enabling micro-movement and easy operation.
  * Full and spacious cabin with good eyeview,adjustable seat ensuring comfortness.Air coditioner and heater may be installed in case of need.
  * Steyr environment friendly enging Model WD615.67A which meets the National omission standard GB17691-1999(Europ standard)

   In 2002, the Fenghuo Mountain Tunnel of Qinghai—Tibet Railway was completed with a new world record of the altitude of the pumping job site-5170M above sea level.
 
 

 

  FEATURES
 
 
     TC series of tower cranes and TCP series tower cranes & placing boom are primary products of ZOOMLION. They are self-climbing tower cranes with an upper slewing mechanism, a trolley mechanism and a horizontal jib. Tower crane series contain many types, such as TC5013, TC5015, TC5613, TC5023, TC5518, TC6020, TC7030, TCP5613/38, TCP5023/38, etc. Using PLC intelligent system in electric control system, stepless speed regulated and frequency altering in slewing mechanism, trolley mechanism and the hoisting mechanism also....

 

The hoisting mechanism
       Double-speed coil winding rotor braked by eddy to alter speed or stepless speed regulated and frequency altering are used in the system.

   Transmission system is driven by double motors and double reductors. The motor is equipped with a direct current electromagnetic brake, which can trace and adjust the gap of the brake automatically. The reductor is made up of a double enveloping worm screw and worm gear pair, with the advantage of small size, efficient, high carrying capacity, long service life etc.

   Using I-DEAS to analyze and calculate the steel structure make the design scientific and reasonable.

   The hoist is equipped with many protected-safe devices and weight displaying gauge.
